Our purpose in life is to proclaim the excellencies of Christ. (Acts 1:8)
1) Know the Gospel -That’s the most important thing (God, Man, Christ, Response). Know the Gospel personally. Stoke your love for Christ. The more you know the Gospel, the more natural it will be for you to share it.

2) Share the Gospel – Having beautiful feet right where you are (Romans 10). The Gospel is not just your testimony or talking generally about God. It’s not talking about how much you like Jesus. The key is His exclusivity (John 14:6).

3) The Gospel is not “how to live the good life.” (The prosperity gospel)

4) The Gospel is not signs and wonders. You must HEAR the Gospel to be saved.

*How can we share the Gospel with those who don’t look like us?
1) Get them to the Scriptures. That’s what has power. (2 Timothy 3:15)
2) Trust in God’s sovereignty. (Mark 9:35)
3) Live the Gospel. We must verbalize the Gospel, but our lives will give it confirmation. Community is important. Live it out in the context of your local church.

Leeann Stiles
There is no stronghold that can’t be overcome by the power of the Gospel. No heart can resist His grace when it is revealed to them.
